Koala for Work provides Koala, a digital tool with features designed to support professionals in managing their work experience and to help employers create more inclusive and supportive working environments, particularly for neurodivergent employees. References to “Koala”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Koala for Work and the services we provide.
Using Koala
You agree to use Koala in a lawful and responsible way. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the operation of the tool or use the service in a way that harms others.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Future paid features
Koala may introduce paid plans or subscription options. If you choose to purchase a paid plan, the price and payment terms will be shown at the point of purchase. You are responsible for any fees connected to your account.
AI generated content
Some features within Koala use artificial intelligence to create text or other outputs. AI generated content may contain inaccuracies and should not be treated as professional advice. You are responsible for how you use these outputs in your work.
Intellectual property
All content, branding, trademarks and materials within Koala belong to Koala for Work or our licensors. You are granted a limited licence to use the tool for your personal or organisational use. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.
Service changes and availability
We may update or improve Koala at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend or restrict the service for maintenance, security or other operational reasons.
Ending your access
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, misuse the service or create a risk to other users or the platform.
Third party services
Koala may link to or rely on third party tools. We are not responsible for the content, practices or terms of external services. Your use of any third party tools may be subject to their separate terms.
Limitation of liability
Koala is provided on an “as available” basis. If you have paid for a plan, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before any claim.
