On your team now

Neurodivergent people statistically already on your team (1 in 5). Many are masking, burning out or wrestling with work structures built for someone else.

£165,000
Per year

Annual productivity lost while capable people go unsupported, the same pattern behind the cost of the support gap.

£229,605
At risk

Annual turnover exposure from losing unsupported staff to preventable burnout.

£394,605
Total

Productivity leak plus turnover exposure, combined.

Together, that’s £246,803 recovered or protected a year, out of £394,605 at risk if nothing changes.

There’s also legal risk we haven’t priced in: defending one discrimination claim typically costs £5,000 to £12,000 in legal fees, and the median disability discrimination award is £17,218, uncapped, so it can run far higher (the largest single award in 2023/24 was £964,465). Neurodiversity-related tribunal claims are up ~95% in five years.

Where these numbers come from. Modelled on CIPD and Oxford Economics turnover benchmarks, World Health Organization and ONS research on lost work performance from unsupported ADHD, published workplace outcomes from EY, Deloitte and the Business Disability Forum, and Ministry of Justice and HMCTS data on employment tribunal claims and awards.

Industry multipliertypical non-senior salary for the sector ÷ £39,039 UK full-time median

We use a non-senior salary for each sector, not a sector-wide average, because that’s who workplace support matters most for: people who can’t easily pay for coaching, assessment or therapy privately. Salaries used: tech & software £56,500 · finance & professional services £52,500 · healthcare £31,049 (NHS Band 5) · creative, media & marketing £33,000 · public sector & education £38,000. UK median: ONS Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings, April 2025.
