The hidden cost
Friction costs time.
And time costs money.
Unclear briefs. Work done twice. Evenings spent catching up. The effort of fitting in takes energy away from the work itself.
Understand how you work. Find what helps. Make room for a working day that fits you.

Where Koala comes in
We’ll introduce how Koala can help you put what you learn into practice, from organising your work to planning around your capacity.

Who it’s for
For adults who want work to fit better. Particularly relevant to neurodivergent people, including people with ADHD. Workstyles are behaviour-led and non-diagnostic.
For employers and L&D teams, it opens a practical conversation about performance, inclusion and support people can actually use.
Tickets & support
Come independently, ask your employer to support your place, or help open the door for someone else.
A little more to know

No. Workstyles explore behaviour and working patterns. The workshop is non-diagnostic and you don’t need to disclose a diagnosis to take part.
The workshop is a standalone introduction to Workstyles and what helps you work well. The programme, coming in 2027, gives us more time to go deeper into Self, Support and Safety across a series of sessions.
The workshop is planned in person in London. You can contact Valerie about what would help you take part.
